Kenneth Denos
For the past three decades Ken has been practicing law and has represented thousands of clients. He founded Acadia Law Group over 25 years ago with a focus on delivering outstanding service and representation to every individual client. In his role as CEO of Acadia Law Group, Ken has instilled a culture within his team centered on advocating for the clients and ensuring their needs and concerns guide every step of the process.
Ken completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah receiving Bachelor of Arts degrees in Finance and Political Science. Later he returned to the University of Utah obtaining both Juris Doctor and MBA degrees.
In his free time away from the office he spends time volunteering with community-based youth organizations and athletic programs. He also enjoys reading and writing.
Richard Gray
Richard has been practicing personal injury law since 2006. He began his legal career as in-house counsel for Allstate and later GEICO, in recent years he has represented the injured at some of Utah’s leading injury law firms. At Acadia Law Group Richard leverages his comprehensive understanding of insurance defense tactics to advocate vigorously for his clients and achieve just outcomes for those he represents.
Richard is a graduate of Brigham Young University and Western New England University Law School and is a member of the Utah Association of Justice. Richard volunteers with the Foundation for Family Life, helping those recently released from incarceration to become better fathers and get their lives back on track. He also enjoys running, cycling, learning guitar and being originally from the east coast is always searching for a good thin crust cheese pizza.
Chene Gardner
Chene is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Acadia Law Group, managing the corporate financial and accounting teams at the firm. Previously, Chene was the Financial Controller of MCC Global NV, an international investment advisory firm based in London. Chene also has a background in assisting various companies with payroll and accounting functions and filing of reports pursuant to the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Chene also has auditing and accounting experience with the firm Deloitte & Touche LLP, serving clients in the banking, manufacturing, and retail industries.
Chene holds Bachelor and Master of Accounting degrees from Weber State University. Outside of the office, Chene enjoys the outdoors, including hiking and camping. He enjoys watching sports, playing golf and pickleball and supporting the Utah Jazz.
Natalie Roos
Natalie is the Head of Operations at Acadia Law Group, where she has been an integral part of the management team since 2016. She has assisted with hundreds of personal injury claims and has an in-depth understanding of insurance companies and their processes often resulting in more favorable case results without unnecessary litigation.
Natalie earned her MBA from the University of Utah and is currently pursuing her Juris Doctorate degree at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Natalie is currently serving as the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) Law Student Vice Chair, where she contributes her expertise and passion for advancing legal education and professional development. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including snowboarding, skiing, hiking, camping, and running.
Anna Sprouse
With over 11 years of experience at personal injury law firms, Anna has been an integral part of the management team at Acadia Law Group for the past four years. Anna applies a meticulous and thorough approach to every case, ensuring that clients are connected with top-tier resources and receive the highest level of care and representation. Anna’s expertise in negotiating countless cases underscores her ability to achieve favorable outcomes.
Anna graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah. Currently, she is in the process of obtaining her P&C Insurance license to deepen her understanding of the industry and further enhance her expertise in serving clients effectively.
Proficient in French and now focused on mastering Spanish. Anna enjoys spending time outdoors, visiting with family, and snuggling her dog. She is an avid enthusiast for other cultures and loves traveling as well as dancing, especially Cuban Salsa.
Lauri Millward
Lauri held positions with multiple law firms and the insurance industry prior to joining Acadia Law Group. She brings an extensive background in all aspects of case management and preparing client cases both for settlement and litigation. Lauri also has valuable experience as a claims adjuster in the insurance industry which provides valuable insight to the Acadia Law Group clients.
Lauri has a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Administration from the University of West Florida and is a registered paralegal who held multiple leadership positions within the Northwest Florida Paralegal Association. Lauri moved from Florida to Utah in 2021 and has enjoyed the winter activities and being closer to family. Lauri also enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her miniature dachshund George.
Scott Larsen
Scott leads the marketing and communications at Acadia Law Group. He joined Acadia Law Group with over 20 years of experience in marketing, strategy, and analytics. Scott has held strategic marketing and communications roles in a variety of different industries including food and drug retail, national pizza chains, healthcare, financial services, and tech start-ups. Prior to Acadia, Scott served as Director of Marketing for Sorenson Communications where he helped hard of hearing individuals gain access to communications through assistive technologies and services.
Scott has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Weber State University and an MBA from Utah State University. When not working he enjoys attending his children’s lacrosse games and supporting the Utah Jazz.
